Key Responsibilities
- Maintain data accuracy, accessibility, and contribute to smooth operations.
- Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and identify irregularities promptly.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records.
- Support various administrative tasks as needed.
- Generate reports and summaries for internal teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Hindi (essential).
- Availability to work a 6-day work week during the day shift.
