Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain data accuracy, accessibility, and contribute to smooth operations.
  • Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and identify irregularities promptly.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records.
  • Support various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Generate reports and summaries for internal teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Hindi (essential).
  • Availability to work a 6-day work week during the day shift.
