About the Role

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be the voice of PhonePe, providing exceptional support and guidance to our valued customers. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and efficient customer support via phone and other channels.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer support team.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from any field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (no MTI or RTI). Grammatical accuracy and clear pronunciation are essential.
• Fluency in Tamil and Telugu is required. Kannada and Malayalam are a plus.
• 0-5 years of experience in customer support or a related field (experience in insurance and sales is preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
