Job Description

As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the early learning experiences of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Providing individualized instruction and support to meet the needs of each student.
• Creating a safe, positive, and encouraging classroom environment.
• Tracking student progress and communicating regularly with parents.
• Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Preparing students for tests and exams.
• Encouraging group discussions and collaborative learning.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience teaching Pre-Primary students (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
• A passion for early childhood education.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.

Additional Information

• Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Location: Kharadi, Pune
