About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the FMCG sector. Your duties will include developing new business relationships, managing existing accounts, and consistently exceeding sales targets. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Represent the company professionally and effectively at all times.

Qualifications

• 12th pass or equivalent.
• 2-6+ years of experience in FMCG field sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
