Baliram Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, a dynamic company located in the Hadapsar Industrial Estate, Pune, is seeking two highly motivated Business Development Executives to join our expanding team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary (₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month) and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth within the wind energy sector.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand market penetration.
- Identify and assess promising business opportunities, partnerships, and project prospects.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, project developers, EPC contractors, and investors.
- Conduct thorough market research, analyzing wind energy trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitor activities.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Collaborate effectively with technical, legal, and finance teams to evaluate project feasibility.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, business cases, and financial models to stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and sustainability standards.
- Represent Baliram Technologies at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent.
- 0-1 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably within the renewable energy sector).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of success.
