Job Description

As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be the face of Vesperia Bath Studio, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your responsibilities will include assisting shoppers, providing detailed product information, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized showroom. You will also contribute to maintaining inventory, ensuring shelves are stocked and managing merchandise returns. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance with product inquiries and purchases.
• Offer detailed information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.
• Promote sales through effective cross-selling and highlighting discounts and offers.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage merchandise returns.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer service and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
• Stay updated on new products and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass
• 0.5 – 1 year of experience in retail or counter sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Ability to achieve sales targets
