Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to individual client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering repeat business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports and client feedback summaries.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th-grade education; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 0-6+ years of experience in sales or business development (B2B sales preferred).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for building relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid 4-wheeler driving license is required.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
