We are currently seeking 50 highly motivated International BPO Executives to join our team in Phase-3 Hinjewadi, Pune. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch or advance your career in customer support while earning a competitive salary and enjoying excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound international customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Provide customers with precise and helpful information to resolve their issues.
- Meet performance targets and collaborate with other departments to manage complex issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th-grade education.
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in customer support or a telecalling role.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift, 5 days a week.
