Job Description
As a Business Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling incoming and outgoing calls, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
- Logging customer interactions and meticulously tracking follow-ups.
- Providing timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Collaborating with team members to escalate and address complex problems.
- Meeting key performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Job Requirements
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- 0-6+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Additional Details
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week, Day Shift
- Location: Charholi Budruk, Pune
