Accountant – Softzeal Technology Private Limited, Pune
Softzeal Technology Private Limited, a dynamic company located in Swar Gate, Pune, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Prepare and examine financial reports (e.g., profit and loss statements, balance sheets)
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Prepare tax returns and ensure timely tax payments
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Liaise with external auditors and facilitate audit processes
- Assist with payroll and employee reimbursement processes
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations (e.g., TDS, GST)
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
- CA Inter or equivalent certification
- Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance
- Knowledge of industry-specific financial practices

- 6 days a week (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM)
