Job Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and contribute to office operations.
- Foster positive employee engagement and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.
- Assist with payroll management and related HR tasks.
- Handle cold calling and other communication as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 0-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administration.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month + incentives
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days a week
- Location: Pune-Satara Road, Pune
