Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies within assigned territories.
- Manage existing distribution networks and cultivate new partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Represent Canbyi Solutions professionally at industry events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 5-6+ years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably within the paint/chemical/packaging industry.
- Proven track record of success in handling distribution, dealership, or private label business models.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in Hindi and Marathi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month (This is a correction from the original posting)
6-day work week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
