Aara Energy Innovations Private Limited, a leading solar power project consulting organization, seeks a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Pune. We’re looking for a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in B2B solar sales to help us expand our market share and deliver clean energy solutions to businesses across India.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Conduct thorough techno-commercial analysis of client energy consumption needs.
  • Prepare accurate estimations for power requirements and tailor proposals to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, present proposals, and effectively manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Ensure timely and satisfactory delivery of projects, acting as the single point of contact for clients.
  • Track project progress, manage client expectations, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive sales records and reports.
  • Travel extensively within the state and potentially across India (minimum 2 weeks per month).

Qualifications

  • Any graduate degree; BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales of solar power systems (rooftop or ground-mounted) ranging from 20 kW to 500 MW capacity.
  • Proven track record of success in closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the solar energy industry and its technical aspects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong network of contacts within the small, medium, and large-scale business sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual CTC: Up to ₹4.8 Lacs (₹40,000 per month maximum)

Full-time employment | Work from Office (WFO) | 6 days a week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
