About the Role: Real Estate Sales Executive

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities, presenting and selling our properties to potential clients, conducting market research, and negotiating deals. You will be a key contributor to our team’s success, working closely with experienced professionals to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.
• Present, promote, and sell properties effectively to potential customers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth sales process.
• Prepare engaging presentations to highlight property benefits.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of experience in sales or business development (preferred, but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in lead generation and cold calling techniques.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Own transportation (bike).

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive monthly salary of ₹30,000 – ₹40,000, plus attractive incentives based on performance. The position is full-time, with a 6-day work week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
