Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through various methods, including cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and maintain a robust client database.
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies to maximize results.
- Provide regular performance reports and feedback to management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate value propositions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 4-6 years of experience in field sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Pune area.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler.
- Proficiency in lead generation and client relationship management.
