About the Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of Rajdeep Distributors, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You’ll be engaging directly with customers, generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel within the Pune area.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a strong customer base through proactive outreach.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospective clients.
• Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Identify and communicate market trends and competitive information.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in field sales (B2C preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, plus attractive incentives based on performance. This is a full-time position with a 6-day work week (09:30 AM – 07:30 PM).
