Job Description
As a Chef at Coliwo, you will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality food. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking a diverse range of dishes, adhering to recipes and maintaining high culinary standards.
- Managing kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Supervising kitchen staff (if applicable) and delegating tasks effectively.
- Adapting recipes to meet customer needs and dietary requirements.
- Maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
We are looking for a Chef with:
- 0.5 – 6 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting.
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques, including both traditional and modern methods.
- A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Culinary school diploma or certification is a plus.
