Job Overview
As a Mechanical Draughtsman, you will play a key role in designing and executing functional, aesthetically pleasing, and budget-conscious spaces. Your responsibilities will include creating architectural/interior design concepts, developing 2D and 3D drawings using industry-standard software, managing vendor relationships, overseeing construction work, and collaborating directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3Ds Max.
- Source materials and manage vendor coordination effectively.
- Conduct site visits to supervise construction work according to design plans.
- Meet with clients to understand their preferences and space requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in architectural or interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3Ds Max.
- Strong understanding of design principles, detailing, and stone/marble work.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month, along with PF and medical benefits. The work week consists of six days, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
