Counter Sales Executive – 10 Openings

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries and assisting with purchases.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations of our luggage and bags, highlighting features and benefits.
- Effectively sell and cross-sell products, informing customers of discounts and promotions.
- Actively promote sales and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer service and provide feedback to management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Manage inventory, ensuring shelves are stocked and processing merchandise returns.
- Process transactions and billing accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- 12th Pass or equivalent education.
- 0.5 – 6 years of experience in retail/counter sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with inventory and billing procedures.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
