Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your duties will include:

  • Setting sales goals and developing effective sales strategies
  • Prospecting and generating leads through various channels
  • Effectively communicating with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Preparing and submitting accurate quotes and proposals
  • Utilizing CRM software and sales tools to manage the sales process
  • Maintaining an updated CRM database
  • Consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Actively participating in sales team meetings and contributing to team success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a field sales or marketing role
  • Exceptional customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and phone skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory)
