Sales Executive – 60 Openings
We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our expanding team in Akurdi, Pune. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch or advance your career in sales within a supportive and rewarding work environment. We offer a competitive salary and incentives program.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through outbound calling and lead generation.
- Effectively manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics in databases and spreadsheets.
- Proactively identify and address data inconsistencies to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare reports and summaries to support internal decision-making processes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client and company information.
Qualifications
- 12th Pass or equivalent
- 0-4 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing (domestic and/or international)
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
