This full-time, permanent position is a crucial link between our visitors, students, and staff.

Your Role and Responsibilities: As a Front Desk & Administrative Executive, you will be the first point of contact for all guests and visitors. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
- Provide accurate information in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide a wide range of administrative and database support to the Head of Administrative Services and other teams.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Coordinate with the Admissions team to schedule parent visits to the school.
- Campus Maintenance:
- Ensure the reception area, V&A Café, meeting rooms, and Admissions Area are always clean, tidy, and presentable.
What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a proactive and professional individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Compensation: ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 a year
