Edvance Preschools Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join the team at Vivero International Preschool in Magarpatta, Pune. Core Responsibilities: As a key member of our teaching team, you will be responsible for:
- Curriculum Implementation: Gaining a deep understanding of the Vivero curriculum and skillfully applying its principles in your classroom.
- Classroom Management & Preparation: Setting up a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages exploration and meets the needs of our students. This includes translating our teaching methodology into practical, day-to-day classroom activities.
- Relationship Building: Creating a positive and trusting rapport with each child in your class, fostering a sense of security and belonging. This relationship is a cornerstone of effective learning.
- Facilitating Development: Guiding children through activities that facilitate social, emotional, and cognitive growth, encouraging their natural curiosity and creativity.
- Collaboration: Working effectively with your colleagues and leadership team to ensure a consistent and high-quality educational experience for all students.
Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for working with young children. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic nature, and a proactive approach to learning and growth. Previous experience as a Pre-primary Teacher is a plus, but we are also eager to welcome and mentor passionate freshers who are dedicated to the field of early childhood education.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
