Job Description

As an HR Recruiter, you will play a vital role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. Your responsibilities will include the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and performing background checks. You will also be responsible for creating and updating job descriptions and advertising open positions on various platforms. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update compelling job descriptions.
• Source and engage potential candidates through online platforms and networks.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews (phone and in-person).
• Administer skills assessments and other evaluation tools.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks.
• Contribute to the improvement of our recruitment processes.

Job Requirements

• Postgraduate degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruitment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
