Job Description

As a Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our goods from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include managing goods, maintaining accurate stock and storage records, packing orders, identifying and dispatching quality goods, overseeing large-scale production using machinery and labor, and ensuring efficient sorting and packaging of products. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage goods and maintain accurate stock and storage records.
• Pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and dispatch only high-quality goods.
• Oversee large-scale production using machinery and labor.
• Ensure efficient sorting and packaging of products.
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout all processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above
• 5-6+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

• Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹40,000 per month
• Schedule: 6 days a week, Day Shift
• Location: Chakan, Pune
• Openings: 20
