International Voice Process Specialist – Accenture (Hadapsar, Pune)

About the Role
As an International Voice Process Specialist, you will provide high-quality Tier 2 customer support to international clients, ensuring 100% issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, emails, and chats; navigating customers through self-service portals; conducting security verifications; and making outbound calls when necessary. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate issues and maintain exceptional call quality standards. This role requires adherence to client and company processes, procedures, and GDPR guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately log inbound calls, emails, and chats.
- Provide recruitment support to candidates.
- Guide customers through self-service portals.
- Conduct security verifications adhering to company policies and GDPR guidelines.
- Make outbound calls as needed.
- Maintain high call/data quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain updated process repositories (DTPs, Knowledgebase, SharePoint).
- Minimize customer complaints and escalations.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support or telecalling (international BPO experience preferred, but not required).
- Proficiency in using customer service technologies (ServiceNow preferred), ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Internet Explorer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Teamwork skills, punctuality, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Versant score of 58 or above.
