Responsibilities
- Create and update compelling job descriptions.
- Source and engage potential candidates through online platforms and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and administer assessments.
- Advertise job openings on various job portals and social media channels.
- Shortlist candidates and collaborate with hiring managers to determine future hiring needs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2-6+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
- Experience with cold calling and networking is preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll management is a plus.
