Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified guidelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure the proper storage and labeling of all goods within the warehouse.
- Conduct quality checks on goods before dispatch to maintain high standards.
- Assist in training new team members on safe material handling procedures.
- Monitor and update inventory levels regularly.
Qualifications
- 10th Pass or equivalent.
- 0-6 months of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred, but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking (a plus).
