About the Role
As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and staff supervision. You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective flow of goods throughout our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency.
- Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using appropriate software and systems.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure goods meet required standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Manage stock taking and reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate with freight forwarding companies for efficient shipping and receiving.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- 0-6+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (a plus).
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
