Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC manufacturing equipment
- Assemble, pack, and inspect products to maintain quality standards
- Manage tool room inventory and perform preventive maintenance
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control procedures
- Collaborate with team members on tool improvements and new mold trials
Qualifications
- 10th Pass or equivalent
- 3-4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
