Rahul Engineering Global Private Limited, a leading manufacturing company in Chakan, Pune, is seeking experienced Quality Control Engineers to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to contribute significantly to our production process.
About the Role
As a Quality Control Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent production of high-quality goods. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the quality of products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures.
- Inspecting and testing finished products to meet established standards.
- Identifying and addressing quality issues.
- Sorting and packaging of products.
- Collaborating with production teams to improve quality control processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 4-6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, commensurate with experience. This is a full-time position with a six-day work week (day shift).
