Field Sales Executive – 20 Openings
We are currently recruiting for 20 Field Sales Executives to contribute to our continued growth. This is a full-time, field-based position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity for significant earning potential through performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proactively generate leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in field sales (Real Estate experience a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in local language (Marathi) and English.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹40,000 per month (includes target-based incentives). Additional incentives may be available based on performance.
Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune.
