Job Description

As an Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to prospective students through a telecalling process. This involves answering inquiries, explaining program details, and assisting with the application process. Your excellent communication skills will be instrumental in converting leads into enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate program information to prospective students via phone.
• Address inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist students throughout the application process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate or Undergraduate degree.
• 0-6 months of experience (Freshers are welcome!).
• Fluent English communication skills are mandatory. Hindi and Marathi language skills are a plus.
