About the Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will be the face of Propmanthan, responsible for generating revenue through the leasing of commercial properties. This fast-paced role demands strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the Pune commercial real estate market. You will be instrumental in identifying potential clients, showcasing properties, negotiating lease agreements, and closing deals. Success in this role means consistently exceeding targets and building long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Showcase commercial properties (office spaces, retail units, industrial warehouses) to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and close deals, ensuring optimal profitability for Propmanthan.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property showings, and lease agreements.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales team through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales/business development (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market in Pune.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (training provided).
- Possession of a bike, smartphone, internet connection, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, and a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Compensation and Benefits
₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month + performance-based incentives. Work schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a week.
