Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in customer support or a related field (telecaller experience a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
