Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Accurately track and report sales performance metrics to management.
- Maintain and expand the client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant sales technologies.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (bike preferred).
