Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to spearhead sales growth within the automobile sector. This role is crucial to expanding our network of retailers and garages across Maharashtra, with a primary focus on Pune. You will be responsible for generating leads, securing new customers, and building strong, lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for lubricants and spare parts through proactive cold calling and lead follow-up.
  • Onboard new customers – including retail stores, channel partners, and franchise partners – via phone and email communications.
  • Develop and manage channel sales and partnerships across Maharashtra.
  • Promote and sell genuine spare parts and lubricants.
  • Collect customer payments according to company policy.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for performance incentives.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups and service support.
  • Drive repeat business and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and update a comprehensive customer database, segmented by location.
  • Share promotional offers with customers to enhance sales performance.
  • Effectively handle and resolve customer objections.
  • Submit daily sales reports to management, providing detailed information on calls, meetings, progress, and overall performance.
  • Analyze monthly performance data and collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
  • 3-6 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably within the automobile industry.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
