Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily routines, including bathing and mobility.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient wards and rooms.
- Support nurses and doctors with basic patient care tasks.
- Transport patients between wards, operating theatres, and diagnostic areas.
- Handle bedding and medical waste according to established protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to nursing staff.
Qualifications
- 10th Pass or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Ward Boy/Ward Attendant (preferred).
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina.
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift pattern.
