Impulse Consultancy, a dynamic company located in Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune, is seeking two highly motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to build a rewarding career in sales.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including:
- Informing customers about our products and services through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understanding customer needs and providing effective solutions to their queries.
- Conducting customer visits and maintaining accurate records.
- Clearly explaining product features and benefits.
- Achieving sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships.
- Generating leads and negotiating favorable deals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 1-6+ years of experience in customer support or telecalling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in lead generation and sales techniques.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. The position is a full-time role with a six-day work week (day shift).
