Job Description

As a Financial Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the financial health and success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Analysis and Control: Developing short, mid, and long-term financial goals, providing financial analysis, forecasts, and reports on business performance, interacting with the central group finance team, analyzing product gross margins and overhead costs, and proposing corrective actions.
• Accounts Receivables and Payables Management: Maintaining master data, invoicing, following up on receivables and managing supplier payments, issuing debit and credit notes, and monitoring for financial fraud or errors.
• Financial Accounting in ERP and Other Tools: Bookkeeping in the ERP system, investigating and correcting accounting or ERP system errors, monitoring reporting quality, and ensuring accurate data for management.
• Administrative Tasks: Assisting with time reports, project administration, customer delivery planning, and liaising with other departments.

Qualifications

• MBA (Finance) or a high school degree in Business Economics preferred.
• 5-6+ years of experience as a Financial Accountant.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (mention specific software if known, e.g., Tally).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with GST and tax returns.
