Job Description

As a Security Area Officer, you will be responsible for supervising security operations across multiple client sites in Hadapsar, Pune. Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections, managing duty rosters and manpower deployment, handling client relations, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with all security protocols. You will also play a crucial role in training and supervising security personnel, maintaining accurate records, and supporting emergency management procedures. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security operations across multiple client sites.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits.
• Prepare and monitor duty rosters and shift schedules.
• Handle client requirements and grievances.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure guards/officers are trained and follow SOPs.
• Maintain records of attendance, incidents, and security documentation.
• Support emergency management and evacuation procedures.
• Assist in manpower supply.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or higher.
• 3-6+ years of experience in security.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of security operations, safety, and compliance.
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites.
