Security Area Officer – Lead a Team, Secure Our Future
Savvy Resources And Management Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Area Officer to oversee security operations across multiple client sites in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary (₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
- Supervise security operations across multiple client sites.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits.
- Manage duty rosters, manpower deployment, and shift schedules.
- Handle client requests, address grievances, and maintain high service quality.
- Investigate security incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure guards/officers receive proper training, maintain discipline, and follow SOPs.
- Coordinate effectively with security supervisors, guards, and management.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and security-related documentation.
- Support emergency management procedures, fire drills, and evacuation processes.
- Assist in manpower supply and recruitment.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or higher.
- 3-6+ years of experience in security, with a proven track record of success in supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and multi-site supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Thorough understanding of security operations, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Exceptional reporting and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel between multiple sites.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic computer skills.
