About the Role
As a Delivery Executive, you’ll be responsible for efficiently and safely delivering food and grocery orders to customers within your designated area. You’ll interact directly with customers, ensuring a positive delivery experience. This is a field-based position requiring the use of your own two-wheeler.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver orders promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Ensure the safe and secure handling of deliveries.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and presentable appearance.
Qualifications
- Own a two-wheeler (bike) and valid driving license.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Aadhar card, PAN card, and bank account details.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
