Job Overview
As a Technical Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our market reach. This is a fast-paced, results-oriented position demanding strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth contract execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 0-6 months of experience in sales or business development (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in lead generation and follow-up.
- Results-oriented and highly motivated.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
