Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating automobile spare part & lubricants requirements from Garages / Retailers.
  • Performing Cold Calling to prospective customers with daily calling efforts.
  • Onboarding customers as retail stores, channel partners, or franchise partners.
  • Building the channel sales of the company via business partnerships in Maharashtra.
  • Focusing on sales of both genuine spare parts and SparesHub branded Lubricants.
  • Collecting customer payments as advances or upon delivery.
  • Consistently achieving monthly targets and qualifying for incentives.

Excelling in Full-Time Business Development Executive Roles in Maharashtra

To succeed as a Business Development Executive, you will need to:

  • Maintain customer relations through repeated follow-ups and visits.
  • Maintain repeat sales from existing customers.
  • Add new customers (garages / retailers) on a regular basis.
  • Maintain Customer database location wise.
  • Convey ongoing sales promotions to customers to maximize sales.
  • Handle customer objections and bring them to resolution.
  • Report to management with required reports on a daily basis.
  • Analyze monthly performance and seek help from management to overcome challenges.

Business Development Executive – Requirements

  • Any stream graduate/ post-graduate is acceptable.
  • 1-5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation and Cold Calling.
  • Excellent Convincing Skills.
  • Experience with B2B Sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Channel Sales development.
  • Languages known – Tamil, Hindi and English (South Indian preferred).
