Full-Time Logistics Supervisor Roles in Magarpatta – Key Responsibilities

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the warehouse operations and ensuring efficient supply chain processes. This role involves coordinating with various teams and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the storage facility, ensuring accurate inventory control and proper storage conditions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, equipment, and furniture.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock taking, receipts, and issuances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Liaise with project managers to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered to the site as required.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Coordinate with builder team and Security team for Debris and Materials unloading space.
• Daily materials received GRN making and upload system.

Requirements for Logistics Supervisor Jobs in Pune

• 4 – 6+ years of experience in Warehouse / Logistics
• Proven experience in Inventory Control and Stock Taking.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• All Education levels
• Male candidates only
